I bought a Seagate external HD (500GB), but not work with Mac (I can read data, but can not write nothing). tel me which company will be better
Any external drive will be as good as another Mac, what counts is connections. While that its USB 2.0 or FireWire, is working on any Mac as well as on a PC. The reason for their Seagate could read but not write because it was an NTFS partition. Formatted in FAT32 or OS X (Journaled) and read well.
