Good Portable hard drive?
im thinking about getting a portable hard drive around 250 or 320 gb, but im not sure which is best. Mainly best for performance. So the ones im looking at are Toshiba HDDR250E03X portable, WD Passport (elite, essential, any of them), and the Maxtor Onetouch 4 mini(seagate) . Im looking mainly for performance and reliability, but also design, dont want a bulky one, and not plain. If u have any better, yet cheap, ideas please share, thanks.
So if u have used one of these, or not, could you tell me which worked good, or if u dont recomend using any certain one? And what problems they had.
Ill be using it for things like itunes videos, music, and evrything else on my computer, i heard maxtor isnt great for multimedia.
I like FireLite harddrives. They're small, extremely sturdy, and relatively cheap. I beat the crap out of one in Afghanistan and it never stopped working, gave it to my brother and he used it in Afghanistan too without any issues.
