I have a Seagate HDD 500GB External Desktop I have been using for a while, the only thing is that it is slow in transferring files between it and my computer. I have a friend who has a portable hard drive 500 GB Seagate, which transfers files very fast between him and his team. I thought maybe the hard drive itself is the problem, but then it occurred to me that also could be my computer. So I bought one exactly like yours, but havent yet opened the fear that my computer may be the problem of low speed (for the way my computer is a PC and my friends, is a Mac) What should I do?
